At the time of this post, QB Luis Perez does not appear of the roster of the Toronto Argonauts.

There's a person on an Argonauts Facebook page who reports regularly from their practices. He provides information (e.g., injury updates) we get from nowhere else as he appears to have conversations with players, etc at practice. He mentioned the other day that Perez is still under contract to the UFL until the end of September and won't be officially joining the Argos until October.

My 500 Luis Perez football cards are back in play!

The Argos have brought back DB Nic (Its not a) Toomer who was released at the conclusion of TC. Also National DB & former Amateur Draft Pick Assibo-Dadszie has been released.

Furthermore, the team website lists DB Tavarus McFadden is now on the 6 game injured list, which seems odd.

I think it is a Toomah. McFadden definitely injured his hand/wrist/arm on his game saving pick in the endzone. Hopefully he doesn't need "6" games, and can be pulled for playoffs.

He was interviewed on TSN at the end of the game and mentioned he got hurt by the way he landed on that pick, but he didn't say it hurt bad ? But sometimes, after a bit, injuries reveal to be worse; hope he is not out long, but at least the rest of the sched. is basically meaningless (unless the Als were to melt right down) - so some depth guys / back-ups can be used - to give them experience and rest key players = I'd be doing a lot of that if i was Miller (like to see young draft pick Gauthier play a full game at corner).

DB Dathan Hickey appears to be getting the first opportunity to dress for McFadden as per CFL.CA transactions
