Here's the TSN1050 radio link with Mike Hogan and Ben Grant for tonight's game. Coverage just started at 8:30.

They're broadcasting from Calgary fortunately. (Talking about smuggling the "Stampede Bowl" trophy home.) Everyone tear yourself away from Portugal/Croatia and listen here: http://n.rvan.co:8000/network-a.mp3Scooter McCray wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2026 6:23 pm Away games they are just watching the TV broadcast and calling it that way correct?

I'm grateful that the Argos shared the link to the radio stream on twitter and I'm listening now but ... I can't find that link anywhere else. Not on tsn.ca, not on tsn1050.ca, not on argonauts.ca, not in the TSN app .... Just on twitter. Which plenty of people don't use.
(If you spot the link anywhere else, let me know.)
The main 1050 radio stream just has world cup audio right now. I suppose it might cut over to football when Portugal/Croatia ends, but anybody just looking around right now won't find the link to the 'alternate' stream with the argos game on. This world cup game could easily go another 45 minutes. Main stream might not flip to Argos until Q2 at this rate.
Sure seems like a missed opportunity.
[update: at 9:15 PM with soccer over, the Argo game is now on the main TSN1050 feed]

Can someone please explain to me what constitutes pass interference? How does a DB put hands on a receiver, drives them out of bounds, does not look back to the ball, all before ball arrives. The referee on the field staring at the players does not throw flag, and central command does not overturn, and upon challenge and review still does not call it. I'm stumped.

This defense needs a ton of work.

They need to tackle properly. Calgary receivers are running through arm tackles.

Re: Game Thread: Toronto Argonauts at Calgary Stampeders
So far it doesn't look like the Argos offence is going to be able to outscore the Calgary offence. Despite the changes the offensive line has played pretty well in pass protection. No run game as usual (other than Kelly).
The pass defence has been bad for the most part. BC got rid of Franklin because his bad plays were more than the good ones, but with the Argos he has been mostly good.
I have been critical of Chatfield so far this year, but he actually is playing ok this game. Got a sack and a QB hit, and the defence has played well against the run. Not much pressure otherwise in passing situations, even with blitzing when Adams is killing them.
Calgary gets the ball to start the second half, and if they score a TD it will be very hard for the Argos to win the game.
