Down 34-13 late, I'm going out on a limb saying Ottawa will lose tonight. Since the Argos 2024 Grey Cup win, Dinwiddie's W-L record is an unimaginable 5-20.

That Ottawa team should all be hanging their heads in shame.
Montreal on a 5 day short week.
Ottawa coming off of a bye week.
At home on legacy night in front of football legends. Not just Ottawa legends, but all time great football hall of famers.
...and that is the game they played? Montreal score touchdowns on their first 2 possessions, they score another TD in the second half on a 105 yard drive.
Embarrassing.

Will Fields has been mercifully relieved of his Defensive Coordinator duties this morning. Jeff Reinebold will replace him for now.

Dinwiddie starting to throw people overboard, surely the dismal Ottawa play this year has nothing to do with him?

The guy is a very good coach. We've witnessed that first hand in Toronto. Having said that, if the last 2 seasons haven't brought him down to Earth and taught him some humility, than he has peaked as a Coach. How he evolves from this will determine if he can be Great Coach or fade away.

He did a very good job with the Argonauts with a loaded roster supplied by a very good football ops department (Magri, Russell, Pinball) etc.
His ego got the better of him as time went on in Toronto, the current predicament in Ottawa stops with him as GM and HC.
I’m not a big fan of one person having so much responsibility within an organization, everything suffers which seems quite evident in Ottawa.

The next head to roll in Ottawa will be Burkes. Probably end of season if not sooner if things to recover immediately. Then RD will really wear 2 hats with no cover.

Bwhahaha; legend in his own mind got to be HC, OC AND GM, and he's 0 & 7 to start the season.
Firing Fields might help - that is a pathetic & dumb defence; but GOB Reinebold to the rescue ? = good luck with that.
Again - the damage to the Ottawa football fan-base this season might be catastrophic; clueless clown owners of a pro sports team = gee, who knew ?

Can’t argue anything you have said, the sad part is the long term damage a season like this can have on attendance.
Dinwiddie being humbled doesn’t bother me in the slightest TBH.
